Teresa Perales Fernández (born on 29 December 1975) is an S5 SB4 SM5 classified Spanish swimmer politician and motivational speaker who has won a total of 22 Paralympic medals at the 2000 Summer Paralympics 2004 Summer Paralympics 2008 Summer Paralympics and 2012 Summer Paralympics with six of those medals earned at the 2012 London Games.
