Tenetehára is a Tupi–Guarani language of Brazil. Sociolinguistically it is two languages Guajajara (Guazazzara) and Tembe though these are mutually intelligible. Tembe is spoken by less than a quarter of its ethnic population of 820 (as of 1999); Guajajara on the other hand is robust spoken by some 15000 people.
