The Tell Atlas (Arabic: الاطلس التلي) is a mountain chain over 1500 kilometers in length belonging to the Atlas mountain ranges in North Africa stretching from Morocco through Algeria to Tunisia. The ranges of this system have average elevations of about 1500 m and form a natural barrier between the Mediterranean and the Sahara.
