TeenAIDS-PeerCorps (TA-PC) is a nonprofit organization currently based in Norfolk Virginia with a satellite office in Fitchburg Massachusetts. It was founded in 1994 by Dr. John B. Chittick and was based on his doctoral research at Harvard University (Ed.D.) that predicted a rapidly growing pandemic among sexually active adolescents. Originally established in Boston Massachusetts it officially became a 501(c)(3) organization in 1997.
