Team Rubicon is an American Non-Government Organization (NGO) founded by retired U.S. Marines William McNulty and Jacob Wood. Team Rubicon’s mission is to unite the skills and experiences of military veterans with first responders to rapidly deploy emergency response teams. Team Rubicon formed in January 2010 following the Haiti earthquake when McNulty and Wood led a medical team into Port-au-Prince three days after the quake.
