Tara Alice Whitten (born 13 July 1980) is a Canadian track racing cyclist from Edmonton.A former cross country skier she began track racing seriously in 2008 having dabbled in it since 2005. The same year she won the points race and individual pursuit at the Canadian National Track Championships and also took the bronze medal in the scratch race and 500 meter time trial events.
