Tajik Americans or Tajikstani Americans are American citizens of Tajik descent. Tajiks have emigrated to United States for various reasons and live primarily in Virginia and New York. Several Tajik associations have established themselves successfully in the United States. One such organization is the American-Tajik Association established in Brooklyn whose goal is to unite the Tajik diaspora giving them a forum to gather and celebrate their culture.
