Justice Thusew Samuel Fernando QC was a Sri Lankan judge and lawyer. He was a judge of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka and Solicitor General of Ceylon. Fernando was educated at the prestigious Royal College Colombo and at the Colombo Law College. He became a Crown Counsel and went on to become the Solicitor General of Ceylon in the Attorney General’s Department and was appointed a Queen’s Counsel.
