Tōshirō Hitsugaya (Japanese: 日番谷 冬獅郎 Hepburn: Hitsugaya Tōshirō) is a fictional character in the manga and anime series Bleach created by Tite Kubo. In the series Hitsugaya is the captain of the 10th Division in the Gotei 13 a group of Soul Reapers protecting Soul Society. His lieutenant is Rangiku Matsumoto.
