Szidonia Vajda (born January 20 1979) is an Romanian-Hungarian chess Woman Grandmaster and International Master. In 1995 she won the European Youth Chess Championship (Girls under-16).She played in the bronze medal-winning Romanian Women’s team in the 3rd European Team Chess Championship in Batumi 1999 and played for Hungary in the Women’s Chess Olympiads of 2002 2004 2006 and 2008 and won Hungarian Chess Championship in 2002 2004.
