Svetozar Marović (Montenegrin Cyrillic: Светозар Маровић); born 31 March 1955) is a lawyer and a Montenegrin politician. He was the only president of Serbia and Montenegro. His term officially ended on 3 June 2006 when Montenegro declared its independence.Marović was born in Kotor to a Grbljanian father and Montenegrin mother. Kotor was the closest town with a maternity ward but he considers Budva his hometown.
