Surrey 4 is a level 12 English Rugby Union League. It is made up of teams predominantly from Surrey and south-west London. The teams play home and away matches from September through to April. The champions are Old Georgians = 13/14Promoted teams move up to Surrey 3. Teams can not be relegated as this is the lowest level controlled by the RFU.
