Surfcomber is a boutique hotel in the historic art-deco district of South Beach Miami Florida. The Surfcomber was built in 1948. It was acquired by the Kimpton hotel chain in April 2011 and reopened after a full renovation by Kimpton on December 1 2011. The hotel managed to sell out in the opening week which occurred during Art Basel Miami Beach.
