Sulfalene (INN USAN) or sulfametopyrazine (BAN) is a long-acting sulfonamide antibacterial used for the treatment of chronic bronchitis urinary tract infections and malaria. There are only two countries in which it is currently still marketed: Thailand and Ireland.
