Sulazepam is a drug which is a benzodiazepine derivative. It is the thioamide derivative of diazepam. It is metabolised into diazepam desmethyldiazepam and oxydiazepam. It has sedative muscle relaxant hypnotic anticonvulsant and anxiolytic properties like those of other benzodiazepines.
