Dr. Steven Steve Lars Webber is a fictional character from the American ABC soap opera General Hospital. Steve was born in 1977 the character has appeared briefly in three different storylines played each time by a different actor. As an infant in the late 1970s the character was portrayed by Martin Hewitt. From 2004 to 2005 the character was portrayed as an adult by Shaun Benson.
