Steven Peter Beale is a fictional character from the BBC soap opera EastEnders played by Edward Farrell from 1989 to 1990 Stuart Stevens from 1992 to 1996 Edward Savage from 1997 to 2002 and Aaron Sidwell from 2007 to 2008. It was announced on 22 February 2008 that the character would be written out at the end of Sidwell’s contract and he made his last on-screen appearance on 9 May 2008.
