Steve Chainel (born 6 September 1983 in Remiremont) is a French professional racing cyclist for UCI ProTeam Ag2r-La Mondiale. Chainel has previously competed for the Auber 93 Bbox Bouygues Telecom and FDJ teams.Chainel left FDJ-BigMat at the end of the 2012 season and signed a two-year contract with Ag2r-La Mondiale for the 2013 and 2014 seasons.
