It is a marketed as a premium-quality hot cocoa. The principal flavor is milk chocolate but Stephen’s Gourmet markets the powder in a variety of flavors including mint French vanilla raspberry dark chocolate hazelnut Irish cream Pumpkin Spice and orange.
