Stephen John Roth (born April 21 – July 11 1974) was a United States federal judge.Roth received a Ph.B. from the University of Notre Dame in 1931 and an LL.B. from the University of Michigan Law School in 1935. He was in private practice in Flint Michigan 1935–37 1939–41 1943 1945-48 from 1950 to 52. He was an Assistant prosecuting attorney of Gennesee County Michigan from 1937 to 38. He was a Prosecuting attorney of Gennesee County Michigan from 1941 to 42.
