Stefano Amedei (January 20 1580 – January 20 1644) was an Italian painter of the early Baroque period who painted still-life paintings. Born in Perugia; he trained with Giulio Cesare Angeli and developed a studio in Rome. Among his pupils was Fabio della Cornia.
