The St. John’s IceCaps are a professional ice hockey team based in St. John’s Newfoundland and Labrador Canada. They are members of the Atlantic Division of the Eastern Conference of the American Hockey League (AHL) and are the top affiliate of the Winnipeg Jets of the National Hockey League (NHL). The IceCaps are also affiliated with the Ontario Reign of the ECHL.From 1996 to 2011 the team was known as the Manitoba Moose and played in Winnipeg Manitoba.
