The Spain women’s national rugby union team are a national sporting side of Spain representing them at rugby union.They played their first match on 2 May 1989 against France losing 0-28. For a while they were the sixth team in the Women’s Six Nations but this was subsequently altered so that Italy replaced them in order to mirror the men’s tournament.
