Songpyeon (Korean pronunciation: [sʰoŋpʰjʌn]) is a traditional Korean food made of glutinous rice. It is a type of tteok consisting of small rice cakes traditionally eaten during the Korean autumn harvest festival Chuseok. They have become a popular symbol of traditional Korean culture.
