The Social Party Imberakuri is the 10th political formation recognized in Rwanda. A few months after the creation of the party by Maitre Bernard Ntaganda on December 14 2008 the party has experienced many internal divisions. Its first General Secretary Mr. Noel Hakizimfura has been removed by the party’s congress held on October 25 2009 and was replaced by Mr.Theobald Mutarambirwa who was currently released on bail by the Rwandan National Prosecution Authority.
