Snezhanka salad or Snow White salad (Bulgarian Macedonian: Салата Снежанка) is a dish popular in Bulgaria and the Republic of Macedonia. It is made from yogurt and cucumbers.Snezhanka (Snow White) salad derives its name from the fairy tale character Snow White but the only reason for the name is the predominantly white color of the salad.
