Smart Networks (Russian: Умные сети (Russian pronunciation: [uˈmnɨjɛ sʲetʲi])) — is a Belarusian project aimed at searching selecting and teaching young analysts for the state administration. The slogan of the project is Politics. Neither for Buraq nor for web forums. The project began in October 2012 during which the program’s networking analytical community was arranged. It unites more than 150 analysts age 35 or under.
