The Slovak 2.Liga (English:Slovak Second League) is currently the third tier of ice hockey in Slovakia. For the 2012-13 season the 2. liga is divide into two different divisions. It lies below the Slovak Extraliga and the Slovak 1.Liga. The league is composed of 14 teams divided into two groups of 7 teams each whose teams will be divided geographically (Western and Eastern).
