The Jack H. Skirball Center for the Performing Arts is an 850-seat theater in Manhattan New York owned by New York University. The Skirball Center is the largest performing arts facility south of 42nd Street. Recently the Skirball Center hosted speeches on foreign policy by John Kerry and Al Gore as well as the recording of the third season finale of The Apprentice and the season finale of all Celebrity Apprentice. The theatre was completed in October 2003 and cost approximately $40 million.
