Six Seconds is a California-based international 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to the awareness of emotional intelligence (or emotional quotient). Founded in 1997 the non-profit has offices in 10 countries and agents in about 50.The organization publishes EQ tests and the SEI test in particular has been used in a number of peer-reviewed studies on emotional intelligence.
