Sir William Barker 5th Baronet (1685 – 23 July 1731) was a British politician.He was the son of Sir John Barker 4th Baronet and Bridget Bacon daughter of Sir Nicholas Bacon. In 1696 he succeeded his father as baronet. He was educated at Pembroke College Cambridge. Barker entered the British House of Commons for Ipswich in 1708 representing it to 1713.
