Sir William Ashburnham 2nd Baronet (1 April 1678 – 7 November 1755) was a British politician.He was the older son of Sir Denny Ashburnham 1st Baronet and Anne Watkins daughter of Sir David Watkins. In 1697 he succeeded his father as baronet. Ashburnham was a Member of Parliament (MP) for Hastings in the Parliament of Great Britain from 1710 until 1713 and again from 1722 until 1741. Between 1715 and 1717 he sat also for Seaford.
