Sir John Acland 1st Baronet (c. 1591 – 24 August 1647) was the son of Sir Arthur Acland (d.1610) of Acland in the parish of Landkey Devon by his wife Eleanor Mallet. John was through his father a great-great-grandson of Arthur Plantagenet 1st Viscount Lisle.
