Simpiwe Vetyeka (born 24 December 1980) is a South African professional boxer with orthodox stance who goes by the nickname of V12. His professional record includes 28 fights: 26 wins (16 knockouts) and 2 losses. He lives in Mdantsane Eastern Cape South Africa and is the current WBA and IBO Featherweight Super Champion after defeating Chris John on 6 December 2013. He has been trained by Vuyani Bungu and Lennox Mpulampula. He is currently trained and managed by Nick Durandt.
