Shingo Wake (和氣 慎吾 Wake Shingo) is a Japanese boxer. He is the current OPBF super bantamweight champion. He trains under Satoshi Koguchi at Koguchi Boxing Gym in Tokyo. Wake hails from Okayama Japan and was scouted early by trainer Koguchi who spotted his talent and persuaded him to move to Tokyo and pursue a boxing career.His style is southpaw and he is dubbed a ‘sharp shooter’ due to his accuracy and speed in the ring.
