Shim Suk-hee (Hangul: 심석희; born 30 January 1997 in Gangneung Gangwon-do) is a South Korean short track speed skater. At the 2014 Winter Olympics she won gold in the 3000 metre relay as part of the South Korean relay team silver in the 1500 metres and bronze in the 1000 metres.
