Shelby Louise Phillips (born February 24 1993) is an emerging junior golfer (Class of 2011) notable for recognition by the Callaway Golf PGA Junior Series as one of their four 2007 Players of the Year placing in the girls’ 13-15 division. She is a resident of Gilbert Arizona.In 2007 Shelby played in seven Junior Series events earning 1585 points.
