Shannon Niquette Ratliff (née Stewart) (born June 6 1984) is an American fashion model and beauty pageant contestant from Franklin Ohio.Stewart was the runner up on the 1st Cycle of America’s Next Top Model and appeared on the All-Star edition of the show placing sixth as a finalist. She was also first runner-up in the Miss Ohio USA pageant in 2005 and a semi-finalist in that pageant in 2006.
