Sergey Lagutin (Сергей Лагутин) (born 14 January 1981 in Fergana) is a professional road racing cyclist currently riding for UCI Professional Continental Team RusVelo. In 2003 Lagutin became world champion—capturing the Under-23 men’s road race. He represented Uzbekistan in the men’s road race at the 2004 Summer Olympic Games. In 2005 he captured the Uzbekistan national road race and time trial championships.
