Sergey Golovkin (Russian: Серге́й Александрович Головкин) (November 26 1959 in Moscow Soviet Union – August 2 1996) was a Soviet and Russian serial killer known as The Fisher or The Udav (The Boa) who killed and butchered 11 boys in the Moscow area between 1986 and 1992.Golovkin was sentenced to death and executed by shooting. He was the last person to be executed by Russia before the abolition of capital punishment.
