Sergejs Pozņakovs (born December 31 1993 in Riga) is an Latvian artistic gymnast. When he was 5 years old he became engaged with gymnastics. In beginning of his sport career results were not too high but in 2003 Sergejs became progressive. In 2007 Sergejs took first place in Germany in 22nd GWG CUP artistic gymnastics juniors in Vault. One year later Sergejs participated in 2008 European Championships in Laussane as a Junior. Unfortunately he was not successful that year.
