The Second Rutte cabinet is the coalition cabinet in the Netherlands (also called Rutte-Asscher cabinet) formed by the political parties People’s Party for Freedom and Democracy (VVD) and Labour Party (PvdA).VVD party leader Mark Rutte is Prime Minister of the Netherlands and Lodewijk Asscher is Deputy Prime Minister of the Netherlands the most senior minister of the PvdA.
