Seán Stack (born 1953 in Listowel County Kerry) is a former Irish sportsman. He played hurling with his local club Sixmilebridge and with the Clare senior inter-county team in the 1970s and 1980s. Stack is regarded as one of the greatest players never to have won an All-Ireland title.Up until August 2013 he was a teacher at St. Patricks Comprehensive School in Shannon Co. Clare
