Scott Bassett (born 9 October 1978) is a former Australian Rules Footballer who played for the Port Adelaide Football Club and the Western Bulldogs in the Australian Football League and Norwood in the South Australian National Football League.Scott was one of the inaugural members of Port Adelaide’s squad when they entered the AFL as the team was allowed to select players from the SANFL for their starting team. He was drafted from the Norwood Football Club.
