Sarah Lucy Hardcastle (born 9 April 1969) is a British former competitive swimmer who specialised in the 400 m and 800 m freestyle and also competed in medley races. Hardcastle won multiple major championship medals over the course of her career including individual silver and bronze medals at the 1984 Olympics at the age of 15 and two individual gold medals at the 1986 Commonwealth Games.
