Sam Jacobs (born 10 April 1988 in Adelaide South Australia) is an Australian rules footballer who plays for the Adelaide Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL).Originally from Woodville-West Torrens in the South Australian National Football League (SANFL) Jacobs was selected by Carlton Football Club with its first-round selection in the 2007 AFL rookie draft (1st pick overall).
