Sam Docherty (born 17 October 1993) is an Australian rules footballer who plays for Carlton Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL). He was recruited from the Gippsland Power in the TAC Cup with the 12th selection in the 2011 AFL Draft.He struggled with injury when he first arrived at Brisbane and spent all of the 2012 playing for the Brisbane reserves side in the North East Australian Football League (NEAFL).
