The Salt Lake City Gulls were a former minor league professional baseball team in the Pacific Coast League based in Salt Lake City Utah. The Gulls were the Triple-A (AAA) affiliate of the California Angels from 1975 to 1981 and of the Seattle Mariners from 1982 to 1984. While with the Angels the Gulls won the PCL title in 1979.Before being renamed the Gulls for 1975 the team was known as the Salt Lake City Angels for four seasons (1971–74) and won the league title in 1971.
