Sakri Photovoltaic solar energy project is an under construction 150 MW solar photovoltaic power plant. The project is developed by Mahagenco in Shivajinagar in Sakri taluka of Dhule district in Maharashtra India. It is expected to cost about Rs 20 billion and became operational in 2013. Completion is expected in May 2013.KfW a German financial institution has agreed to finance the project.
