Sándor Wladár (born 19 July 1963 in Budapest) is a Hungarian retired male swimmer. He won the gold medal at the 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow in 200 m backstroke.Wladár was a swimmer of Központi Sportiskola (1972–1980) Újpesti Dózsa (1981–1985). From 1985 to 1987 he was a water polo player for Újpesti Dózsa.He was named the Male European Swimmer of the Year in 1981 by Swimming World magazine.
